- When using the cellulite creams on trouble spots, make SURE you massage the whole affected area vigorously for at least a few minutes. This stimulates the circulation, and breaks up the collagen bands that cause the “puckered/spongy” look in your trouble areas.
- Use a good anti-cellulite supplement to start the process of breaking up the cellulite. This makes it easier to externally fight cellulite with a cream or lotion as well.
- Don’t neglect your strength exercises for you thighs and legs. Cardiovascular exercise in itself will not effectively get rid of trouble spots of cellulite. Strength and muscle training helps “lift and tone” the cellulite, and reduce it’s appearance.
