Holidays are Over, Time to Get Back on Track!

Ok, so the holidays are over, and I don’t know about you, but I’ve definitely put a few pounds on. Maybe no more than like 5 lbs, but when you’re only five foot four, five pounds can make a world of difference (try one whole pants size!) So, to get back on track I’ve made sure I have a steady resolve and some of the best herbal diet supplements on my side, so that my appetite won’t be affected by all the abuse I’ve subjected it to during these holiday months.

I notice that my appetite today, the day after Christmas, is already less, and I think that is a psychological thing, since I know that party time is over and it’s time to get serious again about my eating habits.

My workouts didn’t suffer as much as my eating habits. I actually still made sure I got to the gym, but when you are eating too much, working out simply doesn’t reverse all that damage, unless you are working out twice a days for two hours! So, everyone, good luck at getting back on track, I know it’s difficult after a few weeks of throwing caution to the wind, but we should all be able to do it!
