Herbal Weight Loss Pills

Filed under: Health News — EatingToLive @ 10:45 pm

As an alternative to hard graft and restrictive diets, herbal weight loss pills have taken up a considerable slice of the market for wannabe weight-droppers.

They’re the so called “natural” alternative, or about as natural as you can get as far as weight losing supplements are concerned. While the debate rages on, more and more consumers are turning to herbal pills as the answer to their woes. Are they right to do so? The answer is a mixed yes and no.

Herbal weight loss pills are designed to adjust the functionality of the body and speed up metabolism. They can take on several artificial methods for shedding the pounds, with most focusing on controlling the appetite like hoodia gordonii proposes to do. The assumption is simple. If we don’t have the appetite to eat, we’re less likely to munch through as much junk food to tip ourselves over the scales.

Much of the argument against herbal weight loss pills centres on the idea that they’re not scientifically proven to help you lose weight. This is a slightly contorted idea, however, since the goal of most supplements isn’t to shed pounds on its own. But that said, if you choose the correct product - and there are many which aren’t worth the price of the bottle on its own - it’s quite possible to give your dieting efforts a much needed boost.

Naturally derived fat binder like this product Proactol that we recently reviewed are also recommended as a vegetarian, Non GMO (not genetically modified) supplement that can help you beat the fat right out of your system.

Phentermine, for example, acts as a direct suppressant to the appetite. If you’re one of the thousands who find it hard to fight off the snacking urge, it could prove quite useful. Be careful though. Phentermine, in particular, is plagued with useless products at the lower end of the market. Always deal in quality over quantity.

Xerisan ASA has caused a storm in America as arguably the “next biggest thing” in the dieting industry. Phaseolus Vulgaris works consistently with the enzymes for the metabolism of carbohydrates. Having been launched under a wave of public interest in early 2006, the supplement has received rave reviews while The Weight Loss Institute recommend it as a great solution. The great news is that it comes with no known side effects, and a long list of satisfied customers.

You’ll also find a supplement known as Solidax ADX with a rising popularity in the herbal weight loss market. Solidax is geared towards burning through those additional calories and helping you to shift the weight before it piles on. It has been proven to have positive effects as documented in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

It’s clear to see that there are many options for those looking to lose weight. Of course, supplements can only do a fraction of the work for you. A healthy diet and regular exercise will always pay dividends. But with a proven herbal weight loss supplement working in tandem, there’s no reason why you can’t meet your targets - and in record time!
