Yerba Diet Review

There are so many diet pills and herbal weight loss pills that contain different active ingredients, it’s kind of hard to know what works and what doesn’t.

Let alone what may work better for you, with your unique body chemistry, to help you lose weight and control your appetite.

That’s why I wanted to put together my own personal review and perspective of the yerba diet pill and what yerba mate and other top notch diet aids can mean for your weight loss regimen, and even as a permanent fixture in your life for it’s other nutritional values.

If you’re like me, you go through intense periods of appetite increases, followed by bottoming out, where you feel like you have the most self control of anyone in the world.

It seems one day you have all the ambition in the world to stay thin and fit, and the next you’re throwing caution to the wind, stuffing those office donuts in your mouth with reckless abandon, and ordering pizzas for dinner.

It’s called hormones – for me anyways, and that’s why periodically, unless I want to keep expanding in my jean size, I do have to resort to a weight loss aid of some sort.  I always choose one that is natural though, and I try even to stay away from artificial dyes in my food, since I recently did the Master cleanser diet and I think I had some massive buildup of food dyes in my waste tract.

One of the best natural substances is called yerba mate, and I prefer to take it in pill form to support my weight loss and appetite control – here is the one I like – this Yerba diet pill is the one that helps me to have the self control, energy and sense of well being and energy that I crave which helps me forget about food.

Losing Weight Feels Empowering

I had never even heard of yerba mate until about a year and a half ago, when my sister introduced me to the herb that is very popular in south America as a drink that is much like tea is in England and coffee is here in the US.  Only yerba mate provides a few additional things that some teas and coffees don’t – a unique concentration of antioxidants.

Not only that, yerba mate has been found to be extremely beneficial to those who are trying to lose weight, control their appetite and help to burn fat off and increase energy – all without all that crazy shakiness you get when you take something else that is a stimulant-type of herb like guarana.

Yerba mate has a smoother effect, I feel when I use the yerba diet pill, or if I have ever taken a yerba pill that I have more of an even-keel type of energy, and I even feel that it almost increases my sense of well being instead of making me edgy, cranky or having withdrawal symptoms.

That’s the problem when it inevitably wears off as I do with many other diet supplements that contain other kinds of stimulants which tend to not agree with my body chemistry.

The yerba diet pill has actually helped me curb my appetite and works as a sort of mood booster, so I don’t fee that NEED for food that I usually do.

Many of us don’t know it, but when we over eat, we are many times filling an emotional void or need that we are not getting enough of, and many times when we find satisfaction of the soul and heart and mind, we actually need food less, because we are content in other ways that food cannot even match.

We then begin to eat to live, not live to eat, as so many Americans are making the mistake of doing today – hence the increasing tendency toward obesity in our culture that has health professionals on their toes and our health care system in a bind and downward spiral due to increasing healthcare costs associated with excess weight.

Yerba mate, not only as a drink, but also as a supplement into your diet, can help you curb your appetite.  A warning though, that pure yerba mate in tea bag form not only does not have the thermogenic benefits of fat burning this product I recommend does.

The yerba weight loss pill recommended above on this page is great for getting the same health and weight loss benefits of yerba mate, but without drinking the tea, since it doesn’t require remembering doses, nor does it require any sort of quick drinking of something that does not taste to good to everyone.

Rather, it is a consistent release of the yerba essence into the blood stream, creating a more even feeling and longer lasting benefits when it comes to appetite, a sense of energy and well being, and of course, eventual weight loss!
